Head of Operations

Source.one is India's largest tech-enabled raw materials distribution platform — ₹500Cr+ monthly GMV in polymers, with fast-growing verticals in TiO2, solvents, recycled materials, and more. We're looking for a Head of Operations to own end-to-end order fulfilment — from confirmed order to payment closure — across all business lines. What you'll own: Full P&L accountability for ops: seller coordination, dispatch, logistics, buyer delivery, and collections Collapse the current multi-team structure (seller back office, buyer back office, transport, finance) into a single, scalable Order Manager model Build and enforce SLAs across 1000s of orders/month, multiple geographies and SKUs Work directly with business heads (polymers, solvents, TiO2) and tech to automate workflows Drive cost efficiency in freight and working capital without compromising service Who you are: 6–10 years in operations, supply chain, or fulfilment — B2B or commodity trading preferred Have built or restructured ops teams from the ground up Bias for simplification, not empire-building Can thrive in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment Location: Pune | Reporting to: CEO Founder-Friendly Signals: • Values entrepreneurial mindset • Equity participation available • Autonomous work environment • Mentorship opportunities • Leadership track • Understands startup experience
